On-Snow/Trail Personal Sessions

On-snow or on-trail coaching in the Roaring Fork Valley.

- Movement and technique analysis
- Uphill technique
- Downhill technique
- Transitions
- On-course recon and strategy for each section of target race (applicable for races in/near the RFV)
- Gear advice and preparation
